FIFA 10 accomplishments not working?

Why is FIFA 10 not giving my created player the accomplishments that I earn for him? for example, shooting accomplishment 6 - "tuck home a penalty in the arena" done that from the pk spot and from free kicks (accomplishment 11) with my guy and it doesnt give me anything. I am playing on pro difficulty. whats the deal?
