Who is the rapper that goes by Mr. Fantastik?

Those are the only two vocal credits he has. He has a few credits as a DJ as well, but other than that, there's not much out there that suggests he exists. No Myspace page, nothing comes up in google searches. He's probably just some random friend of Doom's.
