What is the Mahre Army?

I spoke with an Iraqi citizen that said he is most concerned about Iran taking over Iraq after coalition forces depart. Specifically, he told me about the Mahre Army, a group of pro-Iranian militants who are working against the Iraqi government, not only through outright violence, but through subversion as well. Does anybody out there know anything about this?
