Scottish Football - Unbrandable?
We are not unique in being a small country in which big city teams dominate a provincial league. I just feel that although we occasionally punch above our weight we are victims of our own geography but the fan is no longer going to pay inflated prices for a poor product. The Old Firm will not go to England but may be in the second tier of a European League which is inevitable. After all, how many games does it take to win a European trophy? Is that not half a season? I work in a factory near Glasgow and the amount of guys who are actively involved in organzied football is astonishing so the love of the game is definitely surviving.
