Eyebrow piercing seeping fluid again?

My piercing is probably going on a month old, so not quite healed but I thought it was very close, it hadn't had any fluid coming out of it for days and no puss of any kinda whenever I cleaned it. The last couple of days its started having some fluid coming out of it again and buildup on it in the mornings, why has it started doing this again?
