If a company sues my website for trademark infringement, do they go after my host or me direclty?

This company based in USA is may file a lawsuit against my website for trademark infringement, will they be going after my website host or me directly, but I am in Canada, do they have the right to do so and if they do, what are chances they can take me to court and win?
