s and best friend ex's? someone explain..?

I'm 42 years old and have remained best friends with some of my X's so I know it can be done.We don't do anything except hug if we haven't seen each other for awhile so there's no ual behavior going on.I'd say just relax since you both have gf's and it doesn't seem to be hurting anything...only your suspicious nature.Give your gf the benefit of doubt and trust her.Only with trust can a relationship make it.
