If you're doing this routine 3-4 times a week you're doing nothing but overtraining and hurting your muscles. Try concentrating on one muscle group a day I.e. a back day and a chest day. Also pairing chest and tris and back and bis is also good because with back workouts the biceps are involved in almost every exercise, same with chest and tris. And if you wanna make gains make sure you are eating right and taking in enough protein during the day...that's the most critical part of muscle gains. Hope it helps good luck.
