What does the term "Vivid Dreams" mean?

My husband is about to take a medication that says "If you have vivid dreams or other sleep disturbances discontinue taking at night and take in the morning." I thought "vivid dreams" mean dreams you can remember but this makes it sound like it means something bad. Can anyone shed some light on what they mean by this term?
