Who to start in Monday nights game?

ESPN Fantasy League and am undefeated and I can clinch a playoff spot with a win this week. So far I am ahead 79-73 and my opponent and I both have one player to play on Monday night. He has Mewelde Moore starting at RB but he may be pulling a bluff on my move as he also has Willie Parker sitting on the bench that he could throw in. I am having to decide between Hines Ward or Nate Washington as my last player to start? Any advice or help would be appreciated.
