Is it true that Obama had a pizza chef flown in from his hometown of Chicago for his European tour de force?

I heard he had a pizza chef and all the accouterments required to make PIZZA HIS WAY as part of his entourage..When all the costs were tabulated, the pizza cost was over $10,000.00 per slice with the secret service protecting the secret ingredients, Us Military Transportation and special equipment etc...a cost picked up by the American Taxpayer. All this so he could have good pizza while in Europe? ...Will the US Taxpayer be reimbursed by Obama? He FIRED Rick Wagner at GM for flying to Washington D.C. and then made him drive from Detroit for the next appearance before the Senate..why does he think it's okay for him to be "extraordinarily extravagant" in order to fill his stomach with delectables, paid for by working Americans? I see a campaign video for the GOP in this extravagance! Someone should tell him that America isn't his personal Burger King or Pizza Hut for that matter!
