Is our landlord screwing us? We received a typed notice of eviction and have to be out in 14 days.?

First of all we live in a mobile home that is rent to own. The land has a 10 yr lease that my landlord subleases to us. The notice was typed from our landlord stating we had destructed the property and we needed to pay off and move trailer in 14 days. The destruction was never mentioned but I umed it was because we took the pump house off of our well due to it cutting off, which we requested be fixed to our landlord and they never fixed it. So it was much easier to leave it off since we were making daily trips to tap the pressure switch so our water would come back on. Well today we have a Rule to Vacate on our door from the magistrate office stating we have 10 days to vacate property due to failure to pay rent. I have yet to receive a late notice from the landlord, but I have bigger issues when it comes to the rent. The trailer is paid off. I paid the trailer off in Feb 2009 but then the landlord tossed in some property taxes that had to be paid before we could take ownership, I asked for a copy of our lease that stated we were responsible for paying the property taxes but the landlord said she could not find it. So me being the dummy I am just paid little amounts to them every so often for over a year. After receiving the typed notice we sent in certified and notarized paperwork asking for a copy of our lease agreement, what property was destructed and copies of all tax information for the past 5 yrs, and then 2 days after they receive the mail they send us this rule to vacate. I just dont know what to do at the moment. I gave birth last week, and have dr orders not to drive or do any lifting over 15 pounds for 2 weeks. My landlord wont answer the phone and they are never in the office when we go there. Any helpful suggestions are appreciated. We live in the state of South Carolina.

Two days ago I was playing a soccer game and collided with a kid when I jumped into him to get the ball, something hit my right shin on the front right side a little bit above me ankle. After a few minutes it started to really hurt and hurt to walk the rest of the day. The next day I could walk but with a little pain still. I can run and pivot fine, but if I pound on where I got hit it is very painful, and it was sore all the way around my leg. When I squat it also really hurts my leg. I'm wondering if it could be broken or fractured?

uming that there is no current restraining order, it is morally and lawfully okay to visit your daughters school and say "hi" and "I love you". I have 9 - 4 foot, two tube shoplightes in my woodworking shop. I have a problem of tubes burning out in a few weeks / months in three of them. It is always the same fixtures and always the same side/bulb in that fixture. Others have been in place for years with out having to change the bulbs. I have also come across this issue in some homes that I service. Obviously this is an issue with the light fixture but what is the problem and can I fix it without replacing the fixture? If you're doing this routine 3-4 times a week you're doing nothing but overtraining and hurting your muscles. Try concentrating on one muscle group a day I.e. a back day and a chest day. Also pairing chest and tris and back and bis is also good because with back workouts the biceps are involved in almost every exercise, same with chest and tris. And if you wanna make gains make sure you are eating right and taking in enough protein during the day...that's the most critical part of muscle gains. Hope it helps good luck.

From a standpoint in music theory, their music is simple crap, with a bunch of weird effects that's it...every song is so repetitive, there is almost no structure at all. This is easy. They were doing a jive, which is a triple step swing. Waltz is much slower and more graceful, and box step is not an actual dance. A lot of the moves that they were doing, for example the cradle, are done in all forms of swing, especially the jitterbug. I do not think it is at all like what junior prom kids would do, it is much to fast and very tiring, I am working on a jive in my ballroom dance cl. If you were looking for a junior prom dance, I would suggest Waltz or FoxTrot, which are slow, not too hard, beautiful dances.

I belong to the New York State educational system. Since I enrolled, in 2nd grade, I was placed in special education. All the way till High School I knew i never belonged in that setting. It wasn't until my junior year I got "Declified". During that year, professionals conducted several tests on me (Including I.Q tests); those tests showed that I had an I.Q of 122 (Which is considered superior) and all of my skills where superior or average to my age group. If there was nothing wrong with me in the first place, why would I be placed in Special education? I know none of you can answer that question since it is a case scenario question. Why do all the energy saving light bulbs (fluorescent?) say not to use them with electric timers?

It seems like all the energy saving bulbs say on the package never to use with electric timers and I can't figure why. My sister has used them with timers and it appears they burned out rather quickly. Whats the difference between having a timer turn the light on at a certain time and just flipping the switch?

I don't know too much about the wic program only that it is for mothers and children who REally need it. My sil who will give birth in a few months is totally against bf-ing (don't know why don't care either), anyways she stated that they give checks for formula regardless of income. she was angry because Wic is no longer going to give out checks for formula till a baby is 6 months (in order to ensure that a baby gets the attempt of being fed), and that she will lie on her application in order to get these checks. So I want to learn how to dance, but I have no idea how to do it. I'm incredibly shy and have a complex (I don't like to do things in front of people unless I'm good at it), plus I'm socially inept. So the thought of taking a dancing cl kinda scares me sh*tless. I was just wondering if there were any instructional videos that may be able to help me learn something? It sounds like his attentions may be elsewhere and that he comes back to you when he misses you. You should look more into this. Playing hard to get is a good ideal, but if he doesnt respond to this act, then you should be a little more concerned. To play hard to get you do not text him. Be hours or even a a day late to respond. Do not answer phone calls or send him to voicemail. Blow him off when he wants to meet up and try and reschedule a time when your available. If he cant meet that time then so be it. Make it seem like your busy with friends and so on. The more you avoid him, the more likely he will investigate and try to pursue you.

What should I do about my family?

See, my parents are both relatively accepting (but my dad resents me a little because he might not have grandkids and he was raised catholic) and my twin sister completely hates me but im ok because we never really liked each other, now she just has a stupid reason. What's wrong with this computer!?

I have a compaq presario CQ50 laptop running on windows vista and i have two major problems with it, For one it overheats very very fast, in about 30 minutes i gets really hot and you can barely touch the left side of the computer without burning yourself, and sometimes its gets soo overheated that it just force shuts down on it own and by the way, the fan is very loud if that helps. The other problem i have with my computer is that the screen flickers very often and makes it almost impossible to view the webpage or just the screen in general and i have to keep pivoting the screen to get it at the right angle where it doesnt flicker, and ive already tried system restore and left my computer completely blank and factory and the flickering has seemed to have have stopped, but this has happened before, Please help.

Just apply for as many scholarships as you can. Usually you have to write an ay on why you want to go to college. I'm sure your mentioning how you survived cancer and how you now want to help other children will help you to win a scholarship. There are hundreds. Even apply to the ones for $500, as they add up. Most of the clubs like Knights f Columbus, Rotary club, etc have scholarships, seek them out and apply. Just get out your local phone book and call asking if they offer scholarships for graduating seniors. My daughter was able to get over $5,000 in scholarships this way. ACL reconstruction - can i play football now?

Basically i had an acl reconstruction exactly a year a go today and was told i should be able to start playing football a year after the op. i played the last 10 minutes of the match last weekend and although i didnt really do much (couple of short sprints and clearences) my knee went quite stiff after the game and had a bit of swelling too. is this normal or would this suggest there could be a problem? also i have slmost full flexion compared to my good knee however its not quite there and if i try to force my knee in to full flexion i get a small amount of pain. past experiences or advice will be much appreciated!! thanks =]

To swap a 3.8L v6 into that mustang would be a significant amount of work as your looking at replacing motor mounts and you may need a different subframe which most people do when they change from the 2.3 to the 5.0. The money your going to spend putting that 3.8L into that mustang you could sell the 3.8 and get a 5.0 and swap it. You will have to change the computers and the trans as well or at least the bellhousing. Im not a hundred percent sure as I have never seen someone do this swap before.

Alright… There’s this girl that quite frankly, I believe I love. Can’t stop thinking about her and she is, at this time in my life, one of the few things that can actually make me smile. Its not that I am obsessed or infatuated, it is just more of my incompetence to be able to do what I need to. I am a sopre in high school and she is a junior. At the beginning of the school year, I had known her for a year and I liked her during the previous year but I made no attempt to get closer. This year that has changed and my interest in her has increased greatly as I got to know her better. I am doing everything in my ability to get to the point where I can ask her out. One major point to bring up is that to this date, I have never been in a relationship of any sorts. Period. After about three months of getting closer to her I asked my best friend (he had been friends with her since they were young) out of desperation, to call her up, ask if she thought I liked her and what she thought of me (he pretended he had no idea). She said she thought I did like her and that at that time she only liked me as a friend. Now, a month later, I had been talking to her pretty much every day. Both in person (on the bus everyday) and on aim. She was opening up much more to me and every once in a while she will bring up the fact that she thinks that she is fat. Now, I know that this is a big load of bull so I always just explain to her why she isn't and I just try and comfort her. Now, in a much broader period of time, I realized that I was talking to her a bit too much. Realizing this, I backed off, trying to give her some space. As a result, I think she doesn’t feel as pressured anymore, and as a result, when I do talk with her, the conversations tend to be much more engaging and just better overall. Unfortunately, I have gone back to my old habits of being too caught up in the moment and freaked out to ever talk to her in person. At this time, I haven’t the faintest idea of what she feels for me, and what is going through her head. The time I spend talking with her, even the time I spend with her when I don’t talk is an adrenaline rush like none other. I feel ecstatic. What could be wrong with me?

Sometimes during the week I start to feel faint and it almost feels like my blood pressure drops. The veins sink in my hands/arms and my breathing becomes shallow and deep. I check my pulse and although my heart rate stays constant, the strength of the beating against my fingers feels weaker as if my blood pressure has dropped low. This happens once in a while, maybe about twice a week and if I can control my breathing or having something to eat or have a gl of water I can immediately feel my pulse become stronger again. My 3 week old chick can walk dont know what to do?

I have a cornish rock and she cant walk at all. She was just fine when we got her about when she was 2 days old. But now she scoots around the bottom of the box with legs spread out. Hey reloaders, what scales do you use for your weighing your powder charge's? Beam scales or electronic? I'm thinking of upgrading my beam scale for an electronic for doing small batch precision rifle cartridges. I normally use Dillon powder measures on my 550's, but recently tried an RCBS uniflow on my single stage and like it. Why can't I open my ps2 ISO files when I try to mount them?

I downloaded Ratchet and Clank : Deadlock for my PS2 emulator, PCSX2, and I'm having trouble mounting it. The emulator works - I've tested it. I've tried using both MagicISO and DaemonTools Lite. When I put the folder for my ISOs on my Desktop or Doents, I can open the folder, but the files aren't there. The emulator just goes to the ps2 screen that says "Please insert a Playstation or Playstation2 format disk". Can I get some directions on how to correctly mount these? Thanks.

I got my 1st pet cornsnake yesterday & it was due to be fed. I let it settle last night & fed it this afternoon. I prepared an area in it's enclosure, substrate free, for it to feed but whilst enticing the snake with the pinky I dropped it (oops) on the snakes body. It didn't seem to mind & quickly took the pinky & consumed it. Unfortunately 1 small piece of substrate stuck to the pinky as it was eaten & all went down together. Should I be worried? My sibling had HIV for about 13-14 yrs. they really don't know when he officially was infected. He has crossed over to AIDS and has had it for the last 2 yrs. now. He is 40, yes, he had drug addiction during those years on and off. He is now in the hospital with an AIDS illness related problem. I'm trying to find out more about it - it has to do with severe diarrhea, severe pain, they thought it was an appendicitis, I am recalling something about Sallonoma Poisioning (not sure of spelling) but he has a fever and they are running more test, he has lost 11 lbs in 3 days. He already only weight 110 lbs. he is 5'4" and now down to 99 lbs. Just worried about him and scared I am going to lose him if not later, then sooner. We just lost our mom 6 months ago. I understand what you mean. There are a lot of cles that we have to take because it is state required. If we didn't have to, then it wouldn't take as long to finish. One of my best friends is in nursing school to become a psychiatric nurse and will be done next year. But the school she attends, you can enter the nursing school in your undergrad, so she has been in school total for maybe 6 years or so. She says all the time that it will take a while but at the end it is worth it. You have to do what you feel is best for you. But in my opinion, stick with it. I am a Chemistry major going to dental school, so I have much-much longer than you, lol, so don't give up and focus. You will benefit.

I hear you. Mine is 12 days old, and she also is great during the day, and a little crazy at night. What i noticed though was she spits up only during her early morning feedings, so i think im just so tired i wasnt burping her good enough and she had a belly ache. Another thing was she hates the binet and soon as i put her in the bouncer to sleep, worked like a charm. Another thing we did, which i was against until i had a squalling infant in my ear at 3 am, was to get the little newborn pacifiers. It sounds like you are going down the list and doing everything possible for yours, so its possible this is just her crying time for now, and maybe shell grow out of it in a week or two. Good luck

I Think My Cat Is Sick....Help Me Please!!?

I got 2 kittens sometime in June or July and when it grew up a bit I started to let them go outside. One kitten was gone for about three days and when I went out to find her she was inside the undreground of my house and came out. She seemed weak and had problems walking. I checked the back of her and her "private" was very pink and open and had a tiny bit of leakage and her sister is hissing at her and growling and running away from her. Long story short, the specific pages you listed here were meant for fear mongering, as with the majority of the old testament, something not yet developed into a more palatable measure of guidance for humanity- which the new testament did a little better job of framing.
